Custom Design
Customers can choose from our pre-made designs or provide your own designs. You can request to customize the pattern, size, colour, material, softness and thickness to meet with your requirements.

Custom Label
We accept customer own labels. We also provide assistance in label development and design.

Cost
The price quotation can be issue after pre production sample has been completed, packaging, quantity of products, labeling, and finishing details.

Step 1
The customer provides the design (size, knitting pattern, color (referring to the product color catalog), material, softness level, and thickness). The customer shall inform the quantities, the label and other instructions, if required.

Step 2
We will offer price quotation and inform estimate of lead-time. If accepted by the customer, we will then prepare the pre-production samples for customer to be review and accept.

Step 3
After the customer approves our pre production sample. We will send the Purchase Order and Contract to you. And the customer shall be follow to pay the down payment. After the down payment is receive, the production process of the products will begin (estimate 2 weeks up to 6 weeks after the final pre-production sample).

Step 4
After all the products has been completed, we will do quality checking first and the send the picture to customer. And the customer shall immediately make final payment. After the final payment is receive, we will immidiately deliver the products according to freight method chosen and lead-time as inform on the Contract.
